Don’t Let Innovators Drift Away!
Proposed Vessel Off the Coast of California is Example of Extreme Measures Taken to Deal with Broken U.S Immigration System
With the U.S. economy stagnant, employers are becoming more desperate than ever for opportunities to recruit and retain the world’s best and brightest to help them innovate and bolster U.S. economic growth and job creation. A new Silicon Valley company plans to take a radical step to help them stay afloat.
Blueseed, a new project pitched last month, would create a floating vessel anchored 12 miles off the coast of Silicon Valley and outside legal jurisdiction of the United States, allowing any foreign-born professional the ability to work with companies and investors only a ferry ride away and without a U.S. visa.
