U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton dismissed a lawsuit on Tuesday, August 31, 2010, which was filed by police officer Martin Escober challenging Arizona’s immigration law, the “Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act” (SB 1070).
