The Office of the CIS Ombudsman will hold a teleconference on USCIS Validation Instrument for Business Enterpises (VIBE) program on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 from 2:00 - 3:00 pm ET. The teleconference will provide an opportunity for the stakeholder community to provide comments on how VIBE is impacting filings, processing times, RFEs, and decisions. VIBE is a tool that USCIS utilizes to obtain commercially available information about companies and organizations petitioning to employ foreign workers. Participants can join the discussion by anonymously sharing their own experiences with VIBE.
