The USCIS Verification Division will hold a teleconference on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 3:00 - 4:30 pm ET to discuss a potential Final Nonconfirmation Review (FNC) process for E-Verify. The E-Verify system, at this time, does not provide a formal process for employers and employees to request a reexamination of a case when an FNC was received in error. USCIS is looking for input from stakeholders relating to the development of an FNC review process.
