This position is located in the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC), Division of Permanent Labor Certification. This senior level position is responsible for the overall management of OFLC's administration of the Permanent Labor Certification Program nationwide and specifically manages the programmatic aspects of work performed by the Atlanta National Processing Center (ANPC) and national office staff.  Activities managed by this key position shall ensure the Department's obligations under the INA with respect to this program are fully and completely satisfied.
