PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administration of EMCs International Extended business trip (EBT), Short term assignment (STA) and Long term assignment (LTA) programs including conducting needs assessment discussions with candidates, development of cost estimates, identifying relocation vendors, and immigration processing.
- Act as liason between employee, manager and HR business partners. This role works cross-functionally with International HR and finance organizations as well as numerous relocation partners (International tax, relocation provider, and global immigration firm).
- Working knowledge of International tax; including tax equalization and cross charging amongst countries requested.
- Someone who can anticipate and diagnose issues, identify problems and present alternative solutions to management for guidance or resolution.
